Isabella Fortunato began her collaboration with the Firm in 2010 in the Fraud and Corporate Criminal Defense department.

Her work in the Rome office focuses on consulting in the area of corporate criminal law, with a particular focus on economic crimes, environmental crimes and offenses related to health and safety in the workplace. In this area, she has provided legal, judicial and extrajudicial advice in favor of leading national and international companies.
Isabella also provides assistance on matters concerning the administrative liability of legal persons for offenses committed in the interest or for the benefit of the same by directors or employees pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001.

Isabella Fortunato is specialized in criminal law with a particular focus on corporate criminal law. She provides defensive and preventive judicial and extrajudicial assistance in favor of natural and legal persons.

She manages the design, preparation and subsequent implementation phases of organizational and management models pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001 for numerous groups of Italian and multinational companies. She is also the President of many Supervisory Bodies of national and multinational companies.
