Nicole Martini began her collaboration with CMS in 2018 inside of the Real Estate and M&A department.
She assists management companies and investment funds in real estate transactions, in the due diligence, acquisition, and development phases and in the disposal of portfolios and real estate assets, including through the transfer of shareholdings.
She also provides day-to-day legal advice on issues related to asset management, including through the preparation and negotiation of related contracts, including commercial leases, business leases and management agreements.
Over the course of her career, Nicole has also acquired significant experience in administrative issues related to the real estate sector, in particular with regard to urban planning and construction.
She is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
