CMS signs a three-year agreement providing legal assistance on cybersecurity matters to Generali's corporate and small medium enterprises in 11 countries, based in Europe and South America (Brazil).

CMS, one of the world's top ten law firms with solid experience in the legal management and mitigation of cybersecurity and data protection threats, has signed a strategic international partnership agreement with Generali, one of the world's largest insurance companies.

CMS will provide legal assistance to Generali’s corporate and SMEs clients based in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Croatia and Brazil.

The team of CMS will be coordinated by Italo de Feo, Partner, and Matia Campo, Counsel.

More specifically, the assistance will cover all regulatory aspects of data protection, prevention and mitigation of legal risks related to cybersecurity threats. The agreement is part of a wider partnership launched by Generali, also in accordance with Accenture and Vodafone Business, aiming to create a complete cybersecurity insurance offering.
