STATUS DURING THE COVID-19 SITUATION

In light of the developments of the COVID-19 situation and the measures taken by the Government of Kenya, CMS Daly Inamdar has implemented a contingency plan in order to protect the safety of our employees and to ensure continuity of services.

While our offices will remain open from 9:00am to 3:30pm, Monday - Friday, we have made arrangements for our lawyers to work on-site and off-site. The organisational measures we have taken and our IT infrastructure allow our lawyers to continue assisting you in a seamless manner. Our staff is in a position to work and access our IT system remotely whilst maintaining the same level of quality of services and confidentiality.

During this period, we kindly request that all correspondence to the firm be sent electronically. Further, in keeping with the social distancing rules, we will host all necessary meetings electronically via the various available online forums including skype and zoom.
