  • Successfully prosecuting a derivative action suit involving a shareholders dispute concerning the sale of a stake in an Information Technology company.
  • Acting for an international education company in a Judicial Review action and thereby successfully shielding the company against arbitrary and illegal closure of schools run by the company.
  • Successfully representing a top tier bank in suit involving a multi-million shilling land transaction and obtaining orders affirming the bank's right to recovery.
  • Successfully representing a multinational NGO in arbitration proceedings involving a multi-million shillings project.
  • Defending a former foreign ambassador in a high-profile employment dispute and successfully obtaining a Court order dismissing the suit brought against the ambassador.
  • Successfully representing a leading insurance company at the Court of Appeal in a commercial dispute and obtaining a Court order dismissing the appeal filed against it.
  • Successfully defending medical practitioners in a medical negligence claims.
  • Currently engaged in a landmark appeal in the Court of Appeal turning on the principles of conditional professional undertaking and a reinstated judgment.
  • Currently engaged in the High Court in a substantial claim against the Kenya Airports Authority and its appointed contractor for unpaid amounts due to a sub-contractor for construction works undertaken at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport
  • Currently engaged in defending leading members of the medical profession in several high profile claims relating to alleged negligence in their treatment and management of patients.
