Andreea is a Partner in our Corporate/M&A practice group. Andreea provides legal advice to a number of private equity firms, institutional investors, international groups, and venture capital firms. 

She works across a range of projects including national and cross-border transactions such as acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers, demergers and restructurings.

She advises on all investment steps, from structuring transactions at inception to handling their realisation up to exit. She also advises on the implementation of management incentive plans under Luxembourg law.

Andreea is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar since 2008.
