Andreia is specialised in Corporate and M&A, Insolvency & Restructuring as well as in Dispute Resolution. In these areas, she has been assisting clients in high value and complex proceedings, notably by bringing injunctions and law suits intended to obviate to the dissipation of debtors’ patrimony, as well as of disregard of the legal capacity of companies. She also represents clients in civil liability law suits due to offences and contractual liability, notably due to the breach of commercial distribution and agency agreements. 

Given her experience in litigation, she is able to point all eventual risks in certain transactions, by providing adequate solutions in the prosecution of the clients’ main interest. She joined CMS Luxembourg in 2014 after spending ten years at CMS Portugal.
