Christoforos is a Senior Associate in CMS Luxembourg Investment Funds practice.

He is qualified to practise law in Cyprus and is also a Luxembourg-registered List IV lawyer (avocat exerçant sous son titre professionnel d’origine) since 2019. He has a first-class law degree from the University of Manchester and a master’s degree in Investment funds and Securities Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Christoforos specialises in the setting-up, ongoing regulatory compliance, restructuring and other transactional matters relating to alternative investment funds (both regulated and unregulated) and fund management companies.

Prior joining CMS, Christoforos worked as a practising lawyer for several Big4s and law firms in both Luxembourg and Cyprus since 2015.
