Johann is a Counsel in our Corporate/M&A and Private Equity practice groups.

He focuses on private equity, joint venture transactions, cross border mergers alongside securitisation vehicles and more general corporate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions.

Johann has experience in a broad range of national and international transactions as well as advising clients in their ongoing corporate activities.

Prior to joining CMS Luxembourg, he worked in a multinational law firm in Luxembourg as a Corporate and M&A lawyer.

He has been admitted to the Luxembourg bar in 2018.
