Kornelia is a Managing Associate in CMS Luxembourg Corporate and M&A practice.
She drafts and reviews a wide range of legal and regulatory documentation related to M&A transactions, structuring and restructuring operations as well as general corporate advisory. She advises clients on both domestic and cross border transactions.
Before joining CMS in 2022, Kornelia was working in the Corporate M&A department of a leading law firm in Luxembourg.
She has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2022.
