Daniel Goldenbaum is an Advanced Associate in the firm's Business Law team. 

He assists investors and companies in their corporate transactions. He also has significant experience in business law litigation.

Besides, Daniel's expertise in intellectual property enables him to regularly assist his clients on trademark and copyright matters.

Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Daniel completed his degree to become an Avocat à la cour in France and practiced in the corporate practices of several law firms or companies in Paris, Hong Kong and Monaco.
