Daniel is an associate in the practice area of administrative litigation. Throughout his professional career, he has represented clients’ interests against the action of government authorities, specializing in the analysis of risk areas in administrative and tax matters, including federal and local branches of the government, through the diverse administrative procedures (contentious administrative trial, administrative appeals, amparo, among others) and non-contentious solutions like procedures at PRODECON.
