Felipe is an associate in the practice areas of corporate, real estate, project financing, and regulatory law in health sciences.

His professional practice has focused on the development and implementation of real estate and infrastructure projects, as well the obtention of financing - Project Finance - for such projects. As part of his corporate practice, he has professional experience advising national and international clients in the merger and acquisition of companies and on the implementation and operation of investment schemes.
