Course on Tax Issues in the Care Sector (in Dutch)

The care sector is undergoing enormous changes, with developments succeeding one another at speed. This offers your organisation new challenges and opportunities, but poses new risks as well.

Target group
This course if recommended for finance directors, controllers, heads of economic and administrative services, contributors to tax and legal policies, accountants and administrators.

The following topics will be discussed during the seminar:
— Qualifying as a “VAT enterprise” and VAT exemptions available to the care sector
— Right to deduct VAT and the complicated allocation rules for partial deduction
— The VAT and real estate transfer tax regulations applicable to redevelopment and new construction of real estate to be used in the care sector
— Tax issues regarding disposing of real estate used in the care sector
— Recent changes to VAT regulations for the care sector
— The key points requiring attention in the fields of wage and salary tax, company tax and horizontal supervision
— The VAT rules on outsourcing/insourcing services
— Tax and legal structures for partnerships
