Tendering law is becoming increasingly important, and the regulations in this field are undergoing comprehensive changes. Moreover, parties dealing with tendering law issues are finding themselves confronted with a flood of national and European case law that is helping shape tendering law.
We are offering a legal introduction to tendering law for professionals who deal with tendering law issues in their practice. The seminar will provide a theoretical framework, as well as some tips for practically applying that framework.
Using the literature, case law and homework assignment sent beforehand, we provide in-depth training on the most important aspects of tendering law.
