Furthermore, each year a range of European and national jurisdictions emerge, which all contribute towards shaping procurement law. The seminar “New Developments in Procurement law” offers you this chance. On Tuesday 10th April 2012, in just one afternoon, we will give you an overview of the most important and up-to-date announcements with regard to procurement law over the past year, as well as prospective legislative changes.
Topics to be discussed include:
- The New Procurement law;
- Recent and relevant jurisdictions which have occurred in the past year;
- The Safeguarding of Legal Rights and Wira (Law on the Implementation of the Safeguarding of Procurement Legal Rights Guidelines);
- Amendment bill for European procurement guidelines.
(Company) lawyers who have dealings with procurement law, and anyone who has an interest in procurement law.
