Procurement law is becoming more and more important. Regulations are subject to constant change. Furthermore, each year a range of European and national jurisdictions emerge, which all contribute towards shaping procurement law. For anybody who deals with procurement law it is important to be abreast of these issues.

The seminar “New Developments in Procurement law” offers you this chance. On Tuesday 10th April 2012, in just one afternoon, we will give you an overview of the most important and up-to-date announcements with regard to procurement law over the past year, as well as prospective legislative changes.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • The New Procurement law;
  • Recent and relevant jurisdictions which have occurred in the past year;
  • The Safeguarding of Legal Rights and Wira (Law on the Implementation of the Safeguarding of Procurement Legal Rights Guidelines);
  • Amendment bill for European procurement guidelines.

Target group:
(Company) lawyers who have dealings with procurement law, and anyone who has an interest in procurement law.

Petra Heemskerk, legal partner and procurement law expert.

Course credit points:
The NOvA will assign two regular course credit points for attending this seminar.
