Construction and procurement law is becoming more and more important. Each year a range of European and national jurisdictions emerge, which all contribute towards shaping this law. Furthermore, changes in legislation are on their way, such as the proposed new procurement guidelines and the Gids Proportionaliteit (The Principle of Proportionality Guide).

One of the latest developments in construction law is the UAV 2012 (Administrative Terms and Conditions for the implementation of works and technical installations 2012). However, in light of the current climate, bankruptcy in the construction sector and the effects thereof also merit discussion. For professionals who have to deal with construction and procurement law, an update of the latest developments is vital.

Would you too like to be kept up-to-date with the latest developments?
This seminar offers you the chance. On Tuesday 6th March 2012, in just one afternoon, we will give you an overview of the most important and up-to-date developments in construction and procurement law which have taken place in the past year.
