CMS acts on the sale of the Dutch business of life insurance company Hooghenraed

CMS has acted for Conservatrix Groep S.à.r.l. on the sale of the Dutch business of Hooghenraed Levensverzekeringen N.V. to Lifetri Group.

Lifetri is owned by TPG, an asset management firm with approximately $84 billion of assets under management. Freshfields acted for TPG, DLA assisted management of Nuvema.

Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

The CMS team that acted for Conservatrix Groep S.à.r.l. consisted of Reinout Slot, Clair Wermers, Dex Destombes, Dolf Segaar, Simon Sanders, Erik Vorst, Bob van Zijl, Elisabeth von Meijenfeldt, Leonard Böhmer, Marc van Zanten, Tjeerd Hoekstra and Arnout Scholten.
