CMS advised Aggregate Industries Uk Ltd

In recent years CMS has assisted Aggregate Industries UK Ltd intensively in negotiations with the Port of Rotterdam in the issuance of a ground lease of a future port and site in Rotterdam Europoort. Storage and handling of dry raw materials will take place at the site. The dry raw materials will be supplied by (sea) ships.

The pre-closing took place on 22 December 2014. The actual issuance / establishment of the ground lease will take place after the completion of the necessary port facilities.

The CMS team consisted of Cees de Tombe and Isabelle Balvert with assistance of Luurt Wildeboer, Jan van Vulpen, Herman van Aerts and Robbert van Brakel.

Aggregate Industries UK Ltd forms part of the international listed Holcim Ltd group.
