CMS advises Bottega InvestCO on the acquisition of Getronics

CMS has advised strategic investor Bottega InvestCo on its acquisition of information and communication technology service provider Getronics from Aurelius Equity Opportunities for a consideration of € 220 million.

With 4,500 employees, the Getronics Group generates annual revenues of approx. € 500 million in 20 countries on three continents.

The international CMS team was headed by Chris Mackie and Philip Walton from CMS London. The CMS Amsterdam team, who advised on the Dutch aspects of the transaction, was headed by Roman Tarlavski and included Martijn van der Bie, Abbas Ali Hyder, Lisanne van der Velden, Elisabeth von Meijenfeldt (Corporate), Herman Boersen, Etienne Cox, Gilbert Joskin (Tax), Barbara Veldmaat, Fleur van Assendelft de Coningh (Employment), Eduard Scheenstra, Charlotte van Heijst and Adriaan Koch (Finance).
