CMS advises Clyde Blowers Capital on its acquisition of the Willtéco Group

CMS has advised ESI Energy Services International Inc., a subsidiary of Clyde Blowers Capital (CBC), on the acquisition of all shares in the capital of Willtéco B.V. and Willtech Asia Pte Limited.

CBC is a Scottish private equity firm with offices in East Kilbride, Zurich and Beijing. It invests more than £ 650 million in the fields of engineering and technology.

Willtéco started off as a family business, but has grown to employ some 50 FTEs. It specializes in maintenance and repair services for technical onshore and offshore sites, such as platforms and energy plants, and is mainly active in the Netherlands and Singapore.

The CMS team was headed by Roman Tarlavski and further comprised Arne van Bijnen, Christian Delgado, Abbas Ali Hyder, Gordon Tichelaar (all corporate), Priamo Boi (real estate) and Rogier de Very (IP). Dawn Reoch and Andrew Hinstridge of CMS Edinburgh advised in relation to English law.
