CMS advises DEKRA on its acquisition of TES

CMS has advised DEKRA Claims & Expertise B.V. on its acquisition of all shares in the capital of TES B.V. from Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co. Ltd.

TES (Trans Europe Surveyors) provides services with respect to claims of vehicle damage caused by logistic movements, mainly in sea transport. Its clients are insurance companies, car manufacturers, car dealers and shipping lines.

Although TES provides services on a global scale, the majority of its activities relate to the Netherlands and Belgium, where services are provided in the ports of Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Antwerp and Zeebrugge.
