CMS advises Equiniti on the acquisition of MonIdee

CMS has advised Equiniti Group plc, an international technology services and payment specialist, on the acquisition of MonIdee, an Amsterdam based business that offers technical solutions for employee participation in organisations.

MonIdee services more than 200,000 employees across 210 corporate clients in 50 countries. Equiniti Group plc. provides non-discretionary payment and administration services to some of the world’s most known brands and the UK’s largest public-sector organisations. Equiniti’s services are delivered by over 5,000 employees in the UK and 120 countries around the world.

The CMS team was headed by Roman Tarlavski and further comprised Lisanne van der Velden, Barbara Veldmaat, Isabelle van den Hoogen, Paulus van den Bos, Bob van Zijl, Elianne Lassooij and Rogier de Vrey.
