CMS advises FD Mediagroep on its investment in Springest

CMS has advised FD Mediagroep on its acquisition of a strategic interest in Springest.

Springest - incorporated in 2008 - is a comparison and booking site for study programs, e-learning and trainers and is called a "leading online platform". Springest has offices in the Netherlands and Germany and is also active in Belgium and the United Kingdom.

By acquiring the strategic interest in Springest, FD Mediagroep aims to strengthen its position as a leading provider of news and information for the business community in the Netherlands.

The CMS team was headed by Roman Tarlavski and further comprised Martijn van der Bie, Gieneke van Nierop, Elisabeth Anne von Meijenfeldt, Paulus van den Bos, Fleur van Assendelft de Coningh, Lisanne van der Velden, Herman Boersen, Staffan Bos, Jarrik Haust, Hilde Haentjens and Abbas Ali Hyder.
