CMS advises Grand City Hotels on its strategic partnership with Wyndham Hotel Group

CMS has advised Grand City Hotels on its strategic partnership with Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest hotel company.

As a result of the transaction, 43 hotels (about a third of the Grand City Hotel portfolio of 120 hotels) will be affiliated with Wyndham Hotel Group under the Wyndham Grand, Wyndham, Wyndham Garden, TRYP by Wyndham and Days Inn, brands totaling 5,400 rooms. Nearly all hotels are located in Germany. By 1 March 2013, the first 33 hotels will be rebranded. The remaining hotels will follow within two years.
