CMS advises on the sale of a majority stake in Talent&Pro

CMS Derks Star Busmann has advised the shareholders of Talent & Pro on the sale of a majority stake in Talent&Pro to The Hoge Dennen Capital. The Hoge Dennen Capital has obtained a 51% stake in the company. The remaining 49% is owned by the current management.

Talent&Pro is active in the field of secondment and project support of professionals in the banking, insurance and pensions sector. The fast-growing company currently employs more than 400 highly skilled financial specialists. The strategy of Talent & Pro is focused on growing market share in the financial sector, both organically and through acquisitions.

The Hoge Dennen Capital is the private equity investment company of the De Rijcke family, former owners of Kruidvat, ICI Paris XL and Greenwoudt.

The CMS team that has advised the vendors consisted of Pieter Duijvenvoorde, Bart Bendel, Herman van Aerts and Casper Doorten.
