CMS advises on the sale of iTesso B.V.

CMS has advised the selling shareholders on the sale of all shares in the capital of iTesso B.V. to Amadeus IT Group S.A.

iTesso is a leading global provider of advanced hotel software solutions to the hospitality industry. iTesso currently provides Property Management Systems (PMS) technology to 1,800 properties worldwide.

Amadeus is a leading provider of advanced technology solutions for the global travel industry. It employs around 13,000 people worldwide, across central sites in Madrid (corporate headquarters), Nice (development) and Erding (operations), as well as 71 local Amadeus Commercial Organisations globally.

This deal brings Amadeus closer to its vision of bringing together hospitality systems into a cloud-based community model platform which is fully centered around the guest experience.
