CMS appoints Jan Peter IJspeert as partner

CMS appoints lawyer Jan Peter IJspeert as partner as per 1 April 2023. With this appointment, CMS strengthens its Real Estate & Construction practice group.

Jan Peter has worked at CMS since 2013. He specialises in project development and real estate transactions. Jan Peter advises both nationally and internationally operating project developers, large real estate users and investors. His expertise includes drafting project development documentation, including setting up partnership structures, and supervising real estate and equity transactions.
