A joint venture company of Mirastar and KKR has acquired the to be constructed logistics warehouse complex located in Majoppeveld in Roosendaal. The 44,000 m2 LFA property will be constructed by BVR Groep and is located at a strategic location in the south of the Netherlands near the A58 highway. The construction of the property has just started and the property is due for delivery in Q4 2021.
Mirastar is a new specialist pan-European developer, investor and manager of big box logistics assets. KKR is the American leading global investment firm that manages multiple alternative asset classes, including private equity, credit and real assets, with strategic partners that manage hedge funds.
