CMS at 7th China International Credit & Risk Management Conference

From 26-28 September 2010 the "7th China International Credit and Risk Management Conference" is being held in Nanjing (China).

On the final conference day (28 September) Jurjen Groot, member of the CMS DSB China Desk working at the CMS-office in Shanghai, will shed light on "Working Capital Management in China - The Impact of the Rule of Law on Economic Growth". As a member of a panel of legal professionals, including three leading legal experts from China, he will explain how to limit credit risks and will provide legal guidelines for an optimum working capital strategy in China.

This conference represents the keystone event in Credit Risk Management in China and addresses the major challenges of the day. With a commitment to provide full support for the continuing growth of the China economy, the conference is organized by CCPIT (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade), Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, Nanjing Municipal Government, and China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation

The conference is co-organised by the Dutch Association for Credit Management (VVCM) and can be visited by about 600 representatives of companies, banks and financial institutions. Next to Credit Risk experts and professionals from China and other countries, executives of Shell, Atradius and VVCM will provide expert contributions.
