CMS DSB advises on the sale of Crowne Plaza Amsterdam City Centre


CMS Derks Star Busmann has advised one of the country's largest institutional investors on its EUR 72 million sale of the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam City Centre Hotel to HHR Euro Holding and joint venture between Host Hotels Limited and several financial investors. The Amsterdam Crowne Plaza City Centre was jointly owned the institutional investor (83%) and InterContinental Hotels Group (17%).

The hotel has 270 rooms and is in a prime location in the centre of the city within walking distance of the Amsterdam central train station. It is managed by InterCotinental Hotels Group.

Corporate partner and member of the CMS Hotels & Leisure Sector Group Roman Tarlavksi led the team consisting of Yana Levin, Cars-Jan van Gool, Rachida al Johari and Jan Willem Huizink.
