He uses this expertise to assist companies who are facing imminent threats to their survival. As head of the Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group, Jan Willem is frequently the point of contact for businesses and institutions that are already facing an existential crisis or are at risk of doing so.
Jan Willem manages a multi-discipline restructuring team which assists clients with refinancing, rationalisation, restructuring and/or protected insolvency, in particular pre-packaged insolvency, which is designed to safeguard the continuity of the business. The scope of his work is both national and International. Jan Willem and his team regularly work with banks, accountants, tax specialists and/or consultants.
