Andreas Ihle works for CMS Kluge's corporate team, where he primarily works on transactions/M&A and corporate law.

Ihle works with assignments that consist of general company law advice, strategic advice in connection with establishment of companies and company transactions. For work with transactions, the advisory services encompass all parts of the transaction phase, including selection of transaction form, due diligence, drafting agreements between the buyer and seller, drafting shareholder agreements and assistance with execution of the settlement.

Furthermore, Ihle assists companies and facilitators in connection with processes on the Oslo Stock Exchange, as well as providing general corporate legal advice related to capital increases, mergers, and demergers.
