Siv Madland has her core competence from the energy business (oil & gas) with 20 plus years of experience from the industry. Madland has specialized expertise in contracts law from offshore projects within the entire value chain, advising both suppliers and operators. 

She has extensive experience with license transactions and restructuring processes/M&A, as well as corporate governance work. Madland has thorough experience with petroleum law and its regulatory framework conditions. In recent years she has obtain broader experience from work related to regulatory framework conditions for new energy sectors, including offshore wind and deep-sea minerals. 

Legal counselling in close interaction with the clients has given her thorough experience and an analytical approach, with focus on results and good commercial solutions tailored for the client.
