Sandvold is Associate Partner and has worked in Kluge since 2010. She’s affiliated with CMS Kluge's Employment team, as well as the Privacy team, and works mainly in these areas. Sandvold is specialized in labor law, but also has experience with issues relating to contract law, the law of damages, dispute resolution / litigation and company law.

Sandvold works primarily on a day-to-day basis as an adviser and with litigation assignments related to various labour law issues, in the area of both individual and collective labour law. She assists, for example, clients with restructuring, workforce reductions, employment protection disputes and various personnel issues on both the employer and employee sides.

Recently, Sandvold has also largely focused on the subject of data protection, and has held a series of lectures and courses for business councils, clients and other contacts regarding the new privacy rules that will come into force in spring 2018. Sandvold has good knowledge of the requirements imposed on Norwegian companies in the Personal Data Act and Regulations, as well as the changes that the new privacy regulation will entail. Sandvold assists clients in connection with the requirements for internal control, data processing agreements, employer's right to access to e-mail, transfers of personal information abroad, etc.

In addition, Sunniva has litigation experience in both labour law cases and several other types of cases.
