Diana Attilano specializes in Administrative Law, Public Contracting, Regulation of Public Services, with emphasis on telecom and energy.
Her professional practice is focused on advising various companies in regulated sectors on sanctioning administrative procedures, with special emphasis on those followed before OSIPTEL, OSINERGMIN and OEFA. She also advises various national and foreign companies in public procurement, from the selection process to the contractual execution.
Before joining CMS Grau, she worked as an attorney at OSIPTEL and one of the most important companies in the telecom sector.
Currently, Diana also serves as Assistant Professor of Administrative Law II at the University of Lima and in previous years has been Assistant Professor of the Economic Analysis of Law course at the National University of San Marcos.
