Diana Attilano is an associate in the Administrative Law and Public Procurement area of CMS Grau. She specializes in General Administrative Law; Telecommunications Law and Energy Law.  Her professional practice is focused on consulting in administrative matters, with broad experience in administrative sanctioning procedures with special emphasis on those followed before OSIPTEL, MTC, OSINERGMIN and OEFA. Likewise, he has developed practice in administrative litigation proceedings related to his areas of expertise.

Before joining CMS Grau, she worked as a lawyer at the Supervisory Body of Private Investment in Telecommunications (OSIPTEL), at one of the most important companies in the telecommunications sector and at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

As part of her academic experience, Diana actively participates as speaker and panelist in several academic events on Administrative Law and Telecommunications Law.  She has also worked as Assistant Professor of Administrative Law I and II at the Universidad de Lima and of Economic Analysis of Law at the Universidad Nacional de San Marcos.
