Erich Kâstner is part of CMS Grau since 2010 and specializes in matters related to the diagnosis and physical legal sanitation of real estate, as well as those related to the regularization and registration of corporate forms. Erich has extensive experience exercising his profession for more than 18. In addition, he has exposed and conducted training on the legal physical sanitation processes of real estate.
Erich´s principal clients are real estate companies, retail companies, companies engaged in agribusiness, mining, energy sector, banking sector both within the state and private sphere.
Erich has worked as a consultant in the area of awards of the Agency for the Formalization of Informal Property (COFOPRI) with regard to the process of privatization of areas of trade at a national level (2003-2010). Erich has also formed part of the staff of external legal consultants of the Embassy of Germany.
In addition, Erich has been an attorney in the contractual and registry of the notary Julio Antonio del Pozo Valdez (1995-2000) and has served as senior consultant to the World Bank project on sanitation and regularization of the informal property at a national level (2000-2003) and has made enforcement processes in the field of family law.
