Gonzalo is prized for providing prompt and practical legal solutions with business perspective. During his 7-year experience in two of the firm’s most dynamic areas −Mining and Real Estate & Construction−, Gonzalo has counselled in some of the most impactful projects in Peru (e.g. the greatest M&A transaction and the largest windfarm), working alongside public officials, corporate managements, foreign firms and multidisciplinary teams. At present, Gonzalo is seconded to the Infrastructure and Project Finance team in our London premises.
