José Panduro rejoined CMS Grau in September of 2016 and specializes in Real Estate Law and retructuring of urban and rural lands. Jose has experience in counseling and elaboration of legal reports, preparation of Due Diligence reports in his areas of expertise and preparation of contracts of sale, lease, surface, usufructs, among others. He participates in real estate transactions and structuring of real estate transactions in the retail sector and also has experience in municipal, administrative, licensing and/or authorizations necessary for the development of real estate projects. Before CMS Grau, José was an associate at Grau Abogados (2012-2014).

We look for clients whose rotation or economic activity consists in the development of real estate projects, of any type, such as retail, commercial centers, departments, offices, hotels, among others. In addition, we advise any type of client that has the need to: (i) purchase, sell, exploit, grant surface rights and lease real estate; and/or (ii) regularize all contractual issues, land registry, Municipal and permits and/or authorizations respect the real estate property where to develop their commercial activities.

Among the most common problems that we have been able to reveal in the development of the economic activities of our clients, is the lack of information or control with respect to the situation of the real estate property where clients develop their activities, which may result in the imposition of fines and penalties by the state authority.

We provide specialized consultancy in real estate aspects ranging from contractual issues to issues of permits and licenses for the proper development of commercial activities in the buildings of our customers. We structure, plan and execute solutions for all types of real estate contingencies that customers may have in their real estate.
