Juan Pulgar-Vidal holds a master's degree in Contract Law by the University of Rome II, and joined the CMS Grau Real Estate Practice Department during December 2018. He has specialized in Land Acquisition, Corporate Social Responsibility and the execution of development programs related to real estate and business environment in both the private and public sectors.
He has 17 years of industry experience in mining, community development, land titling and registry projects and non-profit projects. He has global experience in Peru, Central America and Africa in the management of large-scale projects as well as multi-disciplinary team building, training and supervision.
Additionally, Juan has teaching and lecturing experience in Real Estate Property Rights and Contract Law at the following institutions: Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC), ESAN University - Lima, Antonio Guillermo Urrelo Private University - Cajamarca, Northern Private University - Cajamarca, San Antonio de Abad University - Cuzco, Addis Ababa University - Ethiopia, and at the Peruvian National Magistrate Academy.
