Luis Gómez de la Torre is associated in CMS Grau since 1984 and specializes in Civil, Administrative and Criminal Dispute Resolutions. As well, has extensive experience in the advice of civil and criminal proceedings, as well as in administrative and police procedures. Luis is in charge of the implementation of preventive and repressive actions coordinated with the National Police of Peru, INDECOPI (Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual), Customs and the Public Prosecutor for the defense of the rights of industrial property of the companies he represents, and against counterfeiting and piracy. Luis is a Extrajudicial Conciliator certified by the Ministry of Justice and has experience with the treatment of aspects related to chemical inputs and controlled substances.

Before CMS Grau, Luis was part of the Lima Bank's legal department, the Sud America Insurance Company´s legal department and a alternate judge assigned to the Superior Court of Lima. He has also worked in the Departmental Council of Lima, Engineering Association of Peru and has been part of the Consultative Commission of Civil Law (General) at the Bar Association of Lima.
