Member and past President of the Ombudsman Office of the insured (DEGASEG) of the Peruvian Association of Insurance Companies (APESEG). Ad Hoc referee inscribed in the register of arbitrators of the Center of Arbitration of the Trade Chamber of Lima, the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the National Health Superintendence (SUSALUD) and the Analysis and resolution of Conflict Center of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. Legal consultant of the GTZ – German Technical Cooperation.

Marco Antonio has wide experience practicing law for over twenty-five years. He joined CMS Grau in 2010 and specializes in the absolution of consults related to arbitration, insurance, patrimonial civil law, private and administrative hiring.

Previously, Marco Antonio was an associate at Estudio Ferrero Abogados (currently, Philippi Pietrocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría) and at KPMG Grellaud & Luque Abogados (currently, Grellaud & Luque Abogados), as well as National Goverment Public Entities (Provías Nacional, Transport and Comunications Ministry and the Ministry of Defense) as well as Local Government Public entities (Metropolitan Protransport Institute and Metropolitan Municipality of Lima). Aditionally, Marco Antonio was the Legal Deputy Manager at Banco Libertador  and as Legal Manager and Secretary of Banco del Sur del Peru´s Board of Directors.

Marco Antonio is Professor  at the Universidad de Lima – Law Faculty (assignments: General Contracts, Typical Contracts, Guarantees and Torts), at the Universidad ESAN – Corporate Law Faculty (Assignments: Civil Law, Contracts, Contractual and Non-Contractual Liability), at the Executive Education Center of the Universidad del Pacifico and at the Masters in Private Corporate Law of the Universidad de Piura.
