W@CompetitionCEE roundtable debate: “Due Process in Competition Proceedings”

We have the pleasure of cordially inviting you to W@CompetitionCEE roundtable debate: “Due Process in Competition Proceedings” on Friday, 29 November 2019. The discussion will provide insights from competition experts on EU case law on due process, use of economic evidence and due process considerations, and due process in proceedings before NCAs - the impact of Directive 1/2019.

Professor Krystyna Kowalik-Bańczyk, Judge of the General Court of the European Union, will give a key note speech, which will be followed by a roundtable discussion between enforcers and practitioners:
