The discussion will provide insights from competition experts on EU case law on due process, use of economic evidence and due process considerations, and due process in proceedings before NCAs - the impact of Directive 1/2019.

Professor Krystyna Kowalik-Bańczyk, Judge of the General Court of the European Union, will give a key note speech, which will be followed by a roundtable discussion between enforcers and practitioners:
