Tomasz Zwoliński has joined the Banking and International Finance Department at CMS Warsaw office

Tomasz Zwoliński has 10 years’ experience in the banking and finance sector. Before joining CMS he worked at ING Bank Śląski S.A. where he gained experience in internal procedures at banks. More recently he has worked few years for Allen & Overy, where he was involved in a number of projects related to financing export transactions and acquisitions.

Tomasz Zwoliński has been involved in many infrastructural and property projects. He has advised on financing projects for the construction of motorways in Poland and Ukraine, financing the construction of hotels and office buildings in Poland, and also various industrial, service and residential projects and facilities in the Russian Federation. In the field of debt-leveraged and acquisition transactions he has advised a private equity fund on leveraging the re-capitalisation of a company held by that fund, and also a consortium of lenders in financing a tender offer at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
