Aneta’s professional practice focuses on contentious matters. Her experience includes advising and representing business clients (Polish and international) before state and arbitration courts. 

She specialises in civil and commercial law disputes, in disputes relating to the banking sector and consumer protection cases, including one of the first and biggest class action proceedings in Poland. She has also experience in construction and employment cases. 
Aneta is successful in negotiating settlements and helping clients with debt recovery. 

Aneta’s experience covers in-house lawyer practice in matrix organisation, including supervising and coordinating litigation, collaborating with outside counsels, reporting litigation processes and advising a company from a group rendering financial services.

Relevant experience

  • mBank (Commerzbank Group) in relation to numerous court disputes regarding Swiss franc-indexed mortgage loans.
  • Bank Millennium in relation to a class action dispute regarding Swiss franc-indexed mortgage loans. There are more than 4,000 participants on the plaintiff's side, which makes this lawsuit the largest group dispute in Poland to date. Value of the subject of dispute: PLN 109.8 million.
  • PKO BP in relation to court proceedings regarding Swiss franc-denominated mortgage loans initiated by an individual customer.
  • Koksownia Przyjaźń on a dispute with a major Polish construction company relating to the valorisation of lump-sum remuneration.
  • Prelios Polska on disputes concerning investment in residential properties in Warsaw. 
  • An international manufacturer of diagnostic devices in relation to a dispute regarding a claim for compensation brought by a natural person in connection with a defect in a medical device withdrawn from the market (product recall).
