Damian Święcioch is an attorney-at-law and an associate in the Employment Group of CMS. He joined CMS in 2018. Damian specialises in individual and collective labour law and civil law. 

He advises clients on cases relating to hiring and dismissing employees, introducing employment-related documentation and in transactions. He also assists in drafting employment and civil law contracts, internal by-laws, and other employment document templates. He also helps multinational and local companies in managing their employment and HR issues related to conducting business in Poland.
