Karolina Terech is an attorney-at-law and an associate in the Employment Group of CMS. She specialises in employment law since 2017 and joined CMS in 2021. She gained her previous experience at a Polish boutique employment law firm, Raczkowski Paruch, and then at an international law firm, Bird&Bird.

On a day-to-day basis she advises clients on individual cases relating to, in particular, hiring and dismissing employees, working time and bonuses.

Karolina also assists clients in introducing and reviewing internal by-laws and ensuring they comply with local laws as well as advises on staff matters in corporate deals.
