Krzysztof Mrozik is an advocate and a counsel in the Department of Banking and Finance at CMS.

Krzysztof specialises in advising financial institutions and borrowers in domestic and international finance transactions. He has participated in numerous projects involving the financing of real estate, wind farm, investment, export and other corporate projects and financing transactions of company or asset acquisition. His experience includes drafting and negotiating standard LMA facility documentation, including loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, mandate letters and term sheets.

Krzysztof was seconded in 2017–2018 to UniCredit in Vienna, where he advised on various types of international finance transactions, including granting of bilateral and syndicated loans, transactions involving financing and refinancing projects in Central and Eastern Europe, in particular in the Czech Republic, Serbia, Croatia, Ukraine, Hungary and Turkiye and Russia as well.

Prior to joining CMS, Krzysztof gained his professional experience in Dentons.

  • ERG on refinancing of acquisition of a 42 MW wind farm in Radziejów granted by a consortium of international banks.
  • Vortex on financing of the construction of a 25.3 MW wind farm in Jóźwin.
  • Bank Ochrony Środowiska on refinancing of a 41.5 MW wind farm in Kobylnica.
