Magdalena Wyszyńska is an Associate in the Competition and Public Procurement Department.
For almost 15 years she has specialised in EU and Polish public procurement law. She has advised contracting authorities and entities on numerous public procurement projects. She helps them prepare for the tender procedure and ensure the process runs smoothly. She supports contractors in the preparation and submission of bids. Her experience includes drafting remedies and representing clients before the National Appeal Chamber. She also advises on irregularities and financial corrections related to breaches of public procurement law in proceedings co-financed by EU funds.
Her legal practice also includes state aid law and competition law. She has significant experience in advising both granting authorities and beneficiaries on measures covered by the block exemption, the aid scheme authorised by the Commission as well as the de minimis rule. She advises clients on mergers, anti-competitive agreements and practices, abuse of dominant position and acts of unfair competition.
