Monika Kowara is an advocate and a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance Department at CMS.

Monika specialises in banking and finance law. Her main areas of interest focus on corporate financings. She has been involved on both the lenders’ and borrowers’ side in various project, corporate, asset and real estate domestic and cross-border financings. She is experienced in preparing and negotiating finance documents, including term sheets, loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, mandate letters as well as security documents.
